1. Clause 1
   Eligibility and Account Registration
   To register and use kee99 you must be at least 21 years of age and a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By registering you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. You must provide a valid mobile number for account verification purposes. kee99 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
2. Clause 2
   Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
   kee99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by kee99 and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit unless kee99 determines otherwise at its sole discretion. kee99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You must ensure that the payment account belongs to you; use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3. Clause 3
   Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
   All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kee99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point the offer is presented. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be processed.    Prohibited Activities and Fair Play
   The following activities are strictly prohibited on kee99 and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of any associated account, forfeiture of all balances and possible referral to relevant authorities: (a) providing false or misleading registration information; (b) opening more than one account; (c) using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform; (d) colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet; (e) exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; (f) engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform; (g) using kee99 in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. kee99 uses fraud detection and monitoring systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction suspected of violating these rules.
5. Clause 5
   Account Verification (KYC)
   kee99 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address and the source of funds used for gambling. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by kee99 may result in suspension of account activity including deposits, withdrawals and gameplay until the matter is resolved. kee99 will handle all verification documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

   Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

   Limitation of Liability

   Account Suspension and Termination
   kee99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that these Terms have been violated, if the account presents a risk of fraudulent activity, or if required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons. Upon closure of an account any outstanding balance that is legitimately owned by the player (after deducting any bonuses subject to forfeiture and any amounts owed to kee99) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may also voluntarily close their account by contacting kee99 customer support; such requests will be processed within a reasonable time.

    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of kee99, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting kee99 customer support in writing. kee99 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. kee99 makes no representation that the platform or its services are legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kee99 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
12. Clause 12
    Severability and Entire Agreement
    If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and kee99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
